2. Services Provided

  • We provide access to online herbalism courses, which are delivered as digital content.

  • These courses are educational only and do not grant an accredited qualification.

  • Purchases include lifetime access to the course, provided the content remains available.

  • You may download materials for your personal use only, in line with our copyright policy.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are placed exclusively via our website checkout.

  • You must provide accurate information when ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. A separate acceptance email within 48 hours finalises the contract.

  • If no acceptance is issued within 48 hours, no binding contract exists.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown include VAT, in line with applicable EU rules, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may be updated at any time; changes apply only to future purchases.

  • If a course price is reduced after your purchase, we will refund the difference upon request.

  • Payment is accepted by Stripe Credit/Debit Card, iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

  • Installment and subscription payments are available through Stripe. If payments are missed, access may be suspended until payment is resumed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • We also provide a 365-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions stated on our website.

  • To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us clearly by email (info@theherbalconservatory.eu) within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your notice, via your original payment method, at no extra cost.

  • If you have already accessed the course (downloaded or streamed content), we may deduct a fair amount to reflect use.

  • For installment or subscription plans, non-payment may result in suspension of access.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content is protected by copyright.

  • Materials are for private use only. Sharing, resale, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

  • Breach of copyright will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

7. Liability

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.

  • Use of our website and courses is at your own risk.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage, except in cases where exclusion is unlawful (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from use of third-party websites linked from our platform.
